Special Report: Why NFTs and Licensing Don’t Mix

Guest Presenter: Gary Symons, Editor, The Licensing Letter

With the recent NFT craze, we wonder if these ‘Non-Fungible Tokens’ will be used in the licensing industry as a means to establish intellectual property ownership and licensing rights. The answer is both yes ... and maybe no. The much bigger question for the licensing industry is whether NFTs and blockchain technology offer a new and rock-solid means to establish one’s ownership over a property and to control the licensing rights of that property. Gary will address the current fluid ‘market’ for NFT’s through examples in today’s eMarketplace environment. An open breakout ThinkIn Session will follow for all SPLiCE Members in attendance.

Please note: We will email you before the event starts with a link to join Town Hall in Hopin platform.
